Sales Manager (ASM) who will report to the Regional Sales Director in the given territory. In this role the primary responsibility will be cold calling to set up meetings to fill up calendar, meet with physicians to educate on Reveal lasers, have strong ability to move business forward in the sales process, work with your DSM & RSD to strategize how to close business quickly, ability to educate on full-suite of Reveal lasers. Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to: manage daily activities/questions from your customers, work with your District Sales Manager & Regional Sales Director to create a territory strategy, sales forecasting, recruiting additional team members when needed, safely demonstrate Reveal lasers when needed, and attended company events when asked.
Experience & Skillset
- Minimum of 1+ years selling aesthetic lasers
- Proven track record of President’s club and/or top 10% of Salesforce in prior roles
- Extensive negotiation skills
- Extensive demonstration/presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task on a daily basis
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
