Reveal is seeking a Regional Sales Director (RSD) who will report to Area Vice President of sales. In this role you are responsible for cold calling to set up meetings, meet with physicians, have strong ability to close business in a short-period of time, ability to sell full-suite of Reveal lasers. This will be a leadership role where you will run your territory and team to exceed revenue expectations. Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to: manage daily activities/questions from your sales reps, ability to work with many customers simultaneously, work with your Area Vice President (AVP) to create a territory strategy, sales forecasting, recruiting additional team members when needed, safely demonstrate Reveal lasers when needed, and attended company events when asked.
Experience & Skillset
- Minimum of 3+ years selling aesthetic lasers
- Proven track record of President’s club and/or top 10% of Salesforce
- Leadership skills and proven track record managing sales reps.
- Extensive negotiation skills
- Extensive demonstration/presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task on a daily basis
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
